Online booking is a request for an appointment!
you will recieve a text letting you know if the appointment has been accepted or denied.

All sales are final, no refunds.
CANCELATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS, NO-SHOWS
While I understand that things come up, to ensure a smooth experience for all my guests:
I ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. This allows for me to offer the spot to other clients.
No-shows and late cancellations will be required to pay a 35% fee and may result in refusal of future bookings.
late arrival: please arrive on time if you are 10 or more minutes late (unless otherwise discussed) your appointment may result in a reschedule.
Please reschedule if you are sick or starting to get sick! I will find a spot ASAP for you. Thank you
